Event Information

ACCESSIBLE PARKING

From the QV Centre Car Park, there is a lift to the ground level QV Square Lawn Area, then a disabled lift down the stairs to the rear entrance of QVWC.

ACCESSIBLE DROP OFF

Short term parking (20 mins) is available at the Lonsdale St entrance.

ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE

There is a ramp from the left hand side of the front entrance at Lonsdale Street which takes guests to the rear entrance. The lift to level 4 is situated just inside the rear entrance.

ACCESSIBLE BATHROOMS

The ground floor unisex toilet can be used by people in smaller wheelchairs. The signage clear states ‘Ambulant’ as the doorway measures 760cm and has shorter railing than the latest standard requirements.

A. The disco takes place in an alcohol-free environment and is carefully managed by the RISING team to make sure you're safe. You can leave the disco at any time you no longer want to participate.

__Q. Where can I store my belongings? Will they be safe?__

A. There will be a space connected to the disco for you to safely store your clothes and belongings.

*Club Purple*’s a naturist disco and alcohol-free, non-sexual shedding of inhibitions from Australian artist Stuart Ringholt; whose work often cheekily rebuffs cultural conventions and faux pas. Simply remove your clothes, step onto the carpeted dancefloor, pick your favourite songs from the jukebox’s touch screen and go bananas for 30 minutes.
